Providing customer service support through inbound calls
Handling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes
Your qualifications and experiences should be:
Bachelor's Degree Holder (Preferably Communication or Business Degree Holders)
Has six months experience as a Customer Service Officer in a Contact Center / Call Center
Has excellent communication skills
You must be willing to work onsite in SM North EDSA (Quezon City) or in Greenhills (San Juan City)
