Responsibilities - Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Receiving and sorting incoming Order.
- Issuing Credit / Debit Note.
- Liaise with various team to fulfill customer’s order.
- Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Providing timely update of price list to existing clients.
- Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number.
- Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
Requirements - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties.
- Good communication and inter‑personal skills.
- 6-days per week.
