Overview

Job Summary: The Customer Service Officer role includes managing online court bookings, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that the facility is utilized effectively and efficiently. The officer will play a key role in maintaining a positive experience for all users and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries.
  • Facility Bookings and Reservations:
    • Manage facility using the facility’s booking system, ensuring scheduling and efficient use of facility based on booking hours.
    • Assist customers with making, modifying, or cancelling bookings, and handle walk-in reservations as needed.
