Job Description

Working Location : Near Woodlands/Marsiling

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all transportation-related enquiries from parents, students, and staff.
  • Handle all transportation-related enquiries, feedback, and complaints from parents and staff.
  • Address feedback, complaints, route change requests, and emergency issues with appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinate daily bus routes, driver schedules, and student transport lists.
  • Liaise with bus vendors and drivers to ensure punctuality and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate transport records, billing details, and service documentation.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate incident reporting and documentation when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
