Job Description
Customer Service - Order Department Pay: $15.50Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Dunmore, PA Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and provide helpful support to our customers.
- Enter orders into the various order management systems
- Account maintenance, such as account setup, account updates, address changes, etc.
- Participate in discussions regarding improving National Book’s operating procedures.
- Will to take on additional assignment during slower times
- Other tasks as assigned
