This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.
ResponsibilitiesYou act as a bridge between homeowners, contractors, and the customer service team.
1. Pre-handover preparation (before keys are handed over)
Work with contractors to ensure everything needed for handover is ready (documents, checklists, unit information)
Make sure all units are properly prepared for buyers to inspect and receive
2. Unit inspection (very important part of the job)
Inspect every unit before handover
