• Correspond with clients by phone, email or facsimile for projects and other related matters.
• Key contact window for clients’ procurement group for spare parts and supervisor requirement.
• Work as an overall account manager for the assigned client(s).
• Review commercial contract terms & conditions.
• Prepare quotes and purchase orders, both technical and commercial.
• Responsible for following the rules assigned for determining margin and other considerations.
• Be proactive in liaising with customers/vendors, procurement and engineering department to prepare quotations, etc. for after‑sales services.
• Arrange and attend meetings with in‑house engineers, sales persons, etc.
• Coordinate with client and accounts team for timely preparation and processing of invoices; responsible for tracking invoices and ensuring timely payments.
