Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in the utilities and infrastructure sector from Concord, New Hampshire. This is a Long-term Contract position offering an initial onsite training period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will provide responsive service, handle customer inquiries with professionalism, and help resolve account and billing concerns in a fast-paced environment. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required during emergency situations such as storm-related schedule changes.
Responsibilities:
