The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries such as product returns, billing/payment disputes, technical support, and general product inquiries. CSR may also introduce cross-selling/ up-selling activities and support outbound marketing campaigns. Support would be handled via email, live chat, telephone, or social media.
