We are hiring for multiple departments and seeking
career‑minded individuals for a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Training
and cross‑department experience included.
Customer
Accounts Representative
+ Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
+ Two late nights weekly (11 AM–8 PM, never Fridays)
+ Every other Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM
+ One week per month shifts to 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM
+ Role: Light collections (1–29 days past due), assisting customers with payment updates, login support, and general account help. No heavy collections.
Customer Care
Representative
+ Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
+ One Saturday per month, 8 AM–12 PM
+ Role: Inbound customer service assisting with payments, account questions, website access, and general support.
Credit
