Customer Service
The Candidate will be trained on and responsible for, taking incoming calls and emails, accurately processing and expediting orders as well as request for quotes.
The position requires the candidate be computer literate, have a pleasant, professional speaking voice and writing skills.
- Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during, and after a sale.
