We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Specialist to support order processing and customer service operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience across our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately enter and validate customer orders within the ERP system
+ Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve exceptions
+ Monitor order status and manage updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits
+ Maintain accurate documentation for orders, purchase orders, and confirmations
+ Respond to inbound customer calls and emails related to orders, products, and services
