Role: Process Executive – Non-Voice
Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
What You’ll Work On:
- Written communication (Email / Chat support)
- Banking & BFSI backend processes
- Credit reports & financial data handling
- Basics of Credit Score & Credit Bureau (CIBIL, Experian, etc.)
- Credit Reporting Agencies & data verification
Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers (Graduates – Only B. COM)
✅ Good written communication skills
✅ Basic knowledge of banking / BFSI concepts
✅ Interest in credit bureau, credit score & financial processes
✅ Comfortable with night shifts
