We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Outbound) to support a high-volume automotive dealership by making outbound calls, sending follow-up texts, and keeping customers engaged around their vehicle service needs. This is a fully remote role following a US Eastern Time schedule.
This role is structured, repetitive, and requires high-volume outbound calling of 175 or more calls per day. You will follow scripts, work through a call list daily, and log every interaction accurately.
