+ Customer service representative working in a call center environment

+ Handling inbound calls and some follow-up calls

+ Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information

+ Measured on Quality and Accuracy, the number might range from 50 to 100 calls a day, depending on complexity.

+ Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of call center experience within recent employment

+ Tenure of 1 year in jobs

Candidates must have the following:

+ At least a year of high-volume call center experience in the last 2-3 years

+ Typing at least 30wpm
