Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will support customers by handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Schedule

+ Full-time: 5 shifts per week (8 hours each)

+ Scheduled Monday – Friday

+ Shifts are assigned within 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM operating hours

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound follow-up calls

+ Respond to inquiries related to:

+ Prior authorizations

+ General account questions

+ Sensitive and confidential information


+ Deliver excellent customer service with strong attention to detail
