Customer Service Representative (Call Center)Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced call center environment as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering high-quality service with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily (approximately 50–100, depending on complexity)

+ Provide assistance with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and sensitive customer information

+ Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure issue resolution

+ Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
