Talascend is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a remote Customer Service Representative position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting customers through any service inquiries or problems and taking any appropriate corrective action to initiate repair, return or field servicing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer email / phone requests, place parts orders, create quotes for service, update orders, assign work to field techs Establishing company guides on servicing and repairs and maintaining logs, records, and files on repairs. May escalate more complex issues. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives that consist of non-routine activities and have significant impact on the work output.
