Career Opportunity: Advertising Sales Representative (BPO)

As a Customer Service Representative for our Sales Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

• Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales (Advertising Sales, Hard Selling, Upselling, or Inbound/Outbound Sales) or 1 year of experience in BPO Marketing
• Familiarity with using social media and online advertising products is an advantage
• Technical or digital experience is an advantage
