Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

+ Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and courteous manner.

+ Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.

+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.

+ Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
