You will respond promptly to customer enquiries and orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage clerical tasks to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries and emails to provide accurate information and support.
  • Answer incoming customer calls efficiently to process orders and address requests.
  • Coordinate and arrange delivery orders and water supplies according to customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Perform accurate data entry, filing, and scanning of documents to maintain organized records.
  • Complete additional clerical duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support team operations.
