Job Responsibility
- Serve as a frontline customer support agent focused on account and billing inquiries .
- Assist customers with questions regarding account setup, subscription charges, invoices, and payment methods.
- Resolve billing disputes, process refunds/adjustments, and guide customers through payment-related issues.
- Document customer issues accurately in the ticketing system and elevate complex billing cases when necessary.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely and professional resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with fluent both Chinese and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, billing support, or account management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
