Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a frontline customer support agent focused on account and billing inquiries .
  • Assist customers with questions regarding account setup, subscription charges, invoices, and payment methods.
  • Resolve billing disputes, process refunds/adjustments, and guide customers through payment-related issues.
  • Document customer issues accurately in the ticketing system and elevate complex billing cases when necessary.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely and professional resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with fluent both Chinese and English.
