Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

Description:

Required Skills:

  • Radiology

  • Appointment Scheduling

  • Customer Service

  • Phone Call Handling


Must Have:


  • 2+ years of direct radiology diagnostic testing scheduling experience – e.g. mammogram, DEXA, X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine. - Health insurance verification knowledge


Preferred:


  • Epic EMR experience.


Required Experience: 


  • Three years of customer service experience.


Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
