Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service

Offer basic technical support for conference and training rooms

Coordinate logistics for workshops and meetings

Support building operations and manage supplies

Assist with equipment demonstrations and tours

Monitor and manage reservations for lending programs.

Skills Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
