Customer Success Analyst

An essential role on the front line of recruitment, the Customer Success Analyst provides account management, case escalation, and service delivery to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and the effective use of First Advantage’s background screening solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day client service and delivery strategy in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service‑delivery engagements, guiding clients on company services and how they improve business outcomes.
  • Execute standard contract management, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients.
  • Administer case‑management tasks: package configuration, user management, SOP updates, change‑request drafting, system orientation, and data integrity across all tools.
