• Be the first point of contact for our B2B customers and partners on all “AVES Launcher” topics-from installation and workflow questions to data import/export and advanced troubleshooting.
• Diagnose, reproduce and resolve technical issues based on customer feedback; write small bug-fix patches in Python or C++to unblock customers, or work with Engineering on deeper fixes.
