As a Customer Success Manager for the Belgian market, you’ll manage a portfolio of around 60 to 80 clients, mostly small and medium-sized businesses across different industries. You’ll help them shape and execute their SEO and GEO strategy, create content using our AI platform, and make sure they see real results in visibility and growth.

Your role is a mix of strategy, creativity and relationship-building. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, guiding them step by step and helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months to build long-term success and strong client partnerships.
