Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with corporate clients to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of the Superset platform.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, support clients during the initial implementation phase, and help build strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with corporate clients and understand their business needs throughout the client lifecycle.
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the Superset platform.
Provide platform training to client teams and guide them through setup and best practices.
Support clients in maximizing product adoption and usage.
Handle client queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Track adoption and usage metrics to identify potential risks and support renewals.
Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and product adoption.
