Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure services deliver real value—not just meet SLAs.
- Build and manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes
- Lead service reviews and governance forums, focusing on value and performance
- Drive improvements in service quality, stability, and user experience
- Champion innovation within the account by identifying, shaping, and introducing new capabilities, solutions, and ways of working that drive measurable business value
- Promote adoption of new and existing services and capabilities
- Identify and support growth opportunities within the account
- Manage risks, escalations, and customer issues end‑to‑end
- Act as the voice of the customer within DXC
