Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic client-facing professional to manage institutional relationships, drive product adoption, conduct trainings, and support business growth across higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and onboarding of institutional clients.
Conduct trainings, workshops, and review meetings.
Build relationships with Directors, Deans, IQAC Heads, and leadership teams.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Support account growth and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate with internal Product and Support teams.
Travel across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Western India...
