Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at Nourish, you will be the first point of contact for a variety of support queries, using your problem‑solving skills and product knowledge to provide quick, effective solutions. Working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, you’ll manage multiple customer conversations across live chat, phone, and email, becoming an expert in our platform and building strong relationships with clients. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and help ensure that Nourish’s clients are supported and confident in using our product.
