Customer Support Executive (Call Center)

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to $3,000+ VB

Job Descriptions:

  • Answer incoming calls and document all call information into the IT system according to standard operating procedures. Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
  • Manage and prioritize call center queues effectively.
  • Evaluate and work on customer requests from calls, chats and emails in a timely manner.
  • Assign customer request to appropriate subject matter experts if needed. Identify and escalates issues to call center manager if necessary.
  • Provides prompt support to aircraft on ground.
  • Attend to quotations and Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for parts orders or tooling request.
  • Other duties as assigned.
