Customer Support Executive (Call Center) Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $3,000+ VB
Job Descriptions:
- Answer incoming calls and document all call information into the IT system according to standard operating procedures. Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Manage and prioritize call center queues effectively.
- Evaluate and work on customer requests from calls, chats and emails in a timely manner.
- Assign customer request to appropriate subject matter experts if needed. Identify and escalates issues to call center manager if necessary.
- Provides prompt support to aircraft on ground.
- Attend to quotations and Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for parts orders or tooling request.
- Other duties as assigned.
