Responsibilities
- Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems.
- Receiving incident reports via phone and email.
- Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
- Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support.
- Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team.
