YOUR TASKS:

  • Act as the point of contact for our corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.
  • Receive fault reports by telephone and email.
  • Carry out fault analyses and develop solutions in collaboration with our clients.
  • Document requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalating complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close-knit, international team.
