- Receive fault reports by telephone and email.
- Carry out fault analyses and develop solutions in collaboration with our clients.
- Document requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalating complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close-knit, international team.
