Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission electronic test equipment at customer sites.Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software-related issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot PCB, circuit, and system-level faults.Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training programs.Assist customers in implementing testing methodologies and application workflows.Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.Prepare service quotations, support AMC activities, and follow up on customer requirements.Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and technical support as required.
