We are currently hiring Mandarin & Cantonese speakers for an international customer support project.

Job Scope

• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and product support
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and mobile operating systems
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Able to communicate in English + Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
• Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
