About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Iridium Cloud System, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. You will play a key role in building trust and satisfaction by helping customers resolve issues, guiding them through our CDMON services and products, and ensuring a smooth experience across all touchpoints. Since we are in the early stages of growth, this role will also involve shaping support processes and contributing to customer success strategies.
