Customer Support Specialist (Entry-Level) Orlando, FL (On-Site – 5 Days/Week) Must have:



  • 0–2 years of B2B customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or SaaS) to be considered.

  • Biller Genie is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve basic platform issues, and ensure a positive experience with our software.
