A leading AI Company is looking for a customer support team leader.

Responsibilities:? Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints.? Technical analysis and debug of system failures and errors.? Working closely with Sales, Product and R&D teams.? Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.? Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.? Lead and scale support operations.? Take part in in­field deployment of our system at customers’ sites. 



דרישות:

?Electrical/Computer Science engineer.? 3+ years of experience in customer support engineering (at least Tier 3).? Experience with the Linux environment.? Experience with HW product support ­ advantage.? Availability for flights from time to time.;
