Job Description

Location: 91 High Street Charleston, Aberlour, AB38 9QB

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability can be discussed at interview.

• Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
