Customs Functional Analyst

Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the consultant will undertake the following duties:

• Provide functional advise in testing and piloting new ASYCUDA components in the CEECA region, including components of the digital platform.
• Prepare user acceptance test scenario documents for key functions developed.
• Provide recommendations for finetuning functionalities of risk management and other modules.
• Functional analysis of inter-agency data exchange.
• Functional analysis of indicators of reporting and statistics.
• Advanced functional trainings for governmental officials and brokers.
• Provide regular inputs to project status reports and updates.
