Role Description

Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction, while complying with all safety standards.

Key Tasks

• Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer.
• Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis.
• Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. Includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.
• Maintain allocated service tools and all PPE issued in accordance to company standards.
