Labcorp is seeking a **remote Cytogenetics (FISH) Analyst** to join our team that’s based in Brentwood, TN.

**Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform FISH analysis, which includes analysis and imaging of digitized images
+ Cytogenetic analysis of metaphase spreads via computerized images
+ Review of cytogenetic cases via computerized images and documents
+ Review test requisitions to gather pertinent details for analysis
+ Summarize test results utilizing ISCN nomenclature
+ Distinguish between normal and abnormal test results
+ Monitor, operate and troubleshoot equipment, software and applications to ensure proper functionality.
+ Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving.
+ Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care.
+ Reports any and all problems to the general supervisor in a timely manner
