In this role, you will handle battery and damage complaints and inquiries that are assigned to the department from our Members. You will coordinate and perform an investigation that will assist in determining liability that may have been caused during the towing process. You will facilitate a resolution between all parties to ensure fairness. You will follow departmental procedures and SOP’s and work within the established time frames when processing new claims. You will ensure timely and effective communications throughout the end-to-end process with both Members and tow facilities to obtain/provide updates and close the file. As part of your file management, you will ensure all photos, videos, estimates, invoices and other documentation is included and meets departmental guidelines.
