Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads and understand their needs before scheduling a meeting.
  • Book sales meetings and follow up on confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of prospects.
  • Achieve daily and weekly booking targets.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (C1) and strong English skills (B2).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer contact, or sales is an advantage.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
