What you’ll do

Operate the Dash 8‑400 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practices. Deliver warm, professional guest service, representing WestJet Encore’s values on every flight. Collaborate closely with your Captain and cabin crew using strong CRM to ensure smooth, on-time operations. Support flight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM reviews, and fuel management. Demonstrate leadership on the flight deck and during irregular operations, maintaining calm, concise communication. Participate in recurrent training and continuous improvement to uphold a Just Culture and safety‑first environment. Minimum qualifications
