We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven data analyst to support our busy Impact and Evaluation team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied technical stack, including Python for metrics calculation and Power BI for reporting, and the scope to work with econometrics and a lakehouse platform in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and report on SMART KPIs to inform progress and performance reporting to funders, senior management, and the board.
• Contribute to project and programme impact analysis and evaluation studies across a range of programme areas.
• Improve the automation of KPI calculation, refresh cycles and reporting pipelines.
• Create and manage data systems for reporting needs.
• Coordinate with data owners across the organisation and support broader administrative workflows.
