Job Description:
Support the team in requirements analysis, system support, and release management across regional product and operations initiatives Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into analytical and product requirements Apply AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g. natural language querying, insight generation, text analysis) to explore data, identify patterns, and generate first-pass insights Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance, with guidance from senior analysts Assist in testing, validating, and improving analytical workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to ensure accuracy and usability Document insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly to support decision-making and knowledge sharing Requirements:
