Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand, qualify, and prioritise business requirements
• Ensure consistent definitions for key metrics and maintain documentation for reporting standards
• Analyse the data involved in each requirement, understand where it comes from, and evaluate whether it meets business needs
• Document data mapping, transformation logic, and the impact that new requirements may have on existing solutions
• Prepare high‑quality requirements, including BRDs, user stories, mock‑ups, and clear acceptance criteria
• Support developers, testers, and end‑users throughout build, testing, and UAT phases
• Help training teams by providing process and functional documentation, and run training sessions when needed
• Investigate root causes of issues identified during testing or in live products
