Responsible for effective delivery of hands‑on technical support and installations, including server hardware and network break‑fix, structured cabling, rack deployments, and decommissioning. Tasks also involve site planning, problem escalation, and performing installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure datacenter. Prioritize ticketing queues to resolve incidents and escalations, clearing blockers to enable continued delivery of technician activities in accordance with internal policies and service level agreements. Provide 24x7 site coverage for Oracle OCI datacenter sites.
